About Bri

Late Nights

Sweet Bri's Bakery started as a side job in 2012 that I turned into a full-time career.  As a self-taught baker, I have gathered my information from cookbooks, online videos, in-person workshops, and even from my own failures.  I've competed in several competitions around Texas and Oklahoma, bringing home high titles such as "Best in Show". I also competed on Food Network's Holiday Baking Championship Season 2.  I am committed to creating baked goods that give honor to traditional recipes while injecting them with my own innovative flair.

Cozy Space to Meet with Friends

My goal is to one day bring Sweet Bri's out of my home kitchen and into it's own space....with free wifi and plenty of outlets! I currently run a cottage bakery which means everything is done in my home. All orders are taken in advance so that I may be able to bring you fresh baked treats. The calendar fills up fast. It's best to place your order at least three weeks in advance. Visit the contact page to start your order.
