All classes are taught at your location. whether it's your home or an event space you've reserved. I will bring everything you need to complete your chosen project. Additional travel fee will be applied to classes outside of a 30-mile radius of Allen.
In these hands-on, two-hour classes, you’ll learn the basics of decorating a cake or cookies start to finish using simple, approachable techniques. All tools and materials are provided for you. No prior decorating experience is needed. This class is perfect for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals in a relaxed, supportive environment. Seasonal themes will change throughout the year, making each class a little different while still teaching skills you can use again and again at home. Must have at least 5 students for a group class.
I’ll walk you through how to smoothly frost a cake, create easy piping designs, and add clean, polished details that make a cake look bakery-worthy without feeling overwhelming. Everything is pre-baked and prepared ahead of time, so you can focus entirely on decorating and creativity.
One-on-One Classes are $65 per person
Group Classes are $55 per person
Cookie and Icing Basics.: I will briefly discuss some tips on rolling and cutting your cookies. Next, we will move on to the royal icing. I will discuss the different consistencies of royal icing and their specific uses in cookie decorating. Together, we will decorate our cookies step-by-step according to the class theme. I will guide you through each stage, ensuring you gain confidence and skill in your decorating abilities.
One-on-One Classes are $55 per person
Group Classes are $45 per person
All reservations are final and non-refundable. Please note that Sweet Bri's bakery will be taking photos for social media and marketing purposes. Allergy and dietary preferences cannot be accommodated during this event. Items may contain or come into contact with WHEAT, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, and MILK
A reservation link will be sent out for you to register and to share with all other students attending class. Everone will need to be registered at least 3 days before class date.
