The Dessert Bar is a fun and interactive cart that offers a build-your-own dessert experience. Perfect for events of any size.

how it works

This dessert display is both beautiful and functional. Your guests are individually served their choice of base and toppings to build their personalized treat. Each guest is served a disposable container with lids so they can easily move about with their dessert.

What's included with the dessert bar?

Cart, menu signage, miniature spoons/forks and cocktail napkins.
Delivery included for most locations in DFW. Additional travel fees may apply based on event location.
Choice of pre-selected base and topping flavors
A cart attendant to serve your guests.

Reserve The Dessert Bar

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at time of booking.

• Please ensure your venue allows outside food vendors.

• Due to unpredictable weather patterns, The Dessert Bar should be set up indoors when possible.

For events over 100 guests, additional servings may be added on at $8.50 per person. Additional service time may also be required.

Cancellation policy

• If the event is canceled more than 14 days before the event date: Deposit may be applied to a future date within 6 months (subject to availability). • If canceled within 14 days of the event: Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
